Produced by Big Talk Productions

Big talk productions are an indepedent british film productions company. They have made Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgram vs. The world and also The worlds End. The company is one of the fastest growing production companies in the UK and have recently been taken over by ITV. The company was founded by Nira park (below), she is Lilly Allen's mother and produced the companies most succesful film: Shaun of the Dead.

About the film
The film's pre-production and producion took only 4 months. This is unusally short for a professional movie. The actors werer apparently improvising
Promotional methods
In comparrison to Thor: Dark Worlds it is miniscule. It is advertised mostly Social networks. They have a facebook page and can be followed on Twitter. Other then that, there film trailer is on YouTube, but there is basically no commercial adveryisement methods such as: posters, billboards, video ads, merchandise etc. Although they have made a poster, I have not seen anywhere except IMDB. This shows how small budget movies do not do much commercial advertising and mostly rely on free, internet based methods but there are probably a few posters around.

The actors in the movie are not well knowm therefore they have few fans but they are likely to become more well known because they star in Marvel's Agents of Shield. Which is a new TV series that is likely to become a big hit. The film has been shown at Sundance Film Festival, which is often due to a films creativity. This is appealing to "art house-goers", which is an audience of around the age of 30-45, who enjoy indie.
They may be trying to get Young people to buzz about the film. This is because they are screening the film for free to students at some cinemas such as the Hackney Picturehouse. This would make the students tweet and share there thoughts on the film on their social networking sites, further promoting the film. The offer is only available on 14th, which is one day before the release of the film...
